For those of you coming to the wedding from out of town, we are gathering some information for local hotels & vacation rentals in the area.  We've already gotten word from many folks that are planning on making a vacation out of their trip down here to sunny South Florida so we're trying to help in whatever way we can!

Here is a list of some local Hotels & Vacation Rentals that are within a few minutes drive of all the wedding action!

House of Refuge, Stuart

The Treasure Coast & Palm Beaches are the areas around where we live.  These are going to be the closest things to do, places to stay & places to eat.  Nothing on this list should take more than an hour to travel to & we've personally been to most of them so we've weeded out all the less desireable places!  From North to South are:  Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Port Saint Lucie, Jensen Beach, Palm City (that's us!), Stuart, Hobe Sound, Jupiter, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton.  Delray & Boca are the farthest drive from us at around an hour with good traffic!

The Bahamas are only a few miles off the coast of Florida!  Visiting another country has never been easier, just make sure you have your passport since travel laws to the Bahamas have changed recently.  I highly recommend taking a cruise to the Bahamas while you're here!

Miami is a great place to visit & is worth the drive.  The keys are a little further away & will take a bit more of a time investment but again, they are well worth the trip!  Expect a 3 hour drive to Miami & another 3+ to get to Key West.

Tampa is across the peninsula but still only a 3 hour drive.  I'd recommend spending a night or two in Tampa if you can fit it into your schedule as there's a ton of things to do there.
